The Pro Help application was created to provide a definitive solution to an everyday problem: finding reliable technicians instantly. It is a modern marketplace that brings professionals (plumbers, electricians, refrigeration technicians) directly to the user’s door, quickly and without the traditional hassle of searching. Branding & Experience Design (UI/UX)
Our collaboration started from scratch, shaping the entire corporate identity of the brand. Our goal was for Pro Help to exude immediacy, confidence and professionalism. In this context:
- Logo Design & Visual Identity: We created a visual direction that refers to action and problem solving.
- User Experience (UX) Strategy: We focused on designing applications that eliminate unnecessary noise. The User Journey was designed to be simple, understandable and functional, allowing a technician to be called with a few clicks.

On the technical side, Loopflow proceeded with the development of applications for Android & iOS, emphasizing stability and performance under real-world stress conditions. The implementation includes:
